世界華人不動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)2025年年會(huì)第二次征文通知

世界華人不動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)（Global Chinese Real Estate Congress）2025年度會(huì)議將于2025年7月25-27日在北京舉行。本屆年會(huì)由清華大學(xué)和世界華人不動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)會(huì)主辦，清華大學(xué)恒隆房地產(chǎn)研究中心承辦。會(huì)議將為來自世界各地的專家學(xué)者、業(yè)界人士、政策制定者提供一個(gè)良好的交流平臺(tái)，以共同探討全球房地產(chǎn)市場發(fā)展的規(guī)律、動(dòng)態(tài)與趨勢(shì)。為了促進(jìn)多元化交流，本次會(huì)議將分別設(shè)置中文與英文論文研討專場和論壇，我們還將為博士生安排研討交流會(huì)。誠摯邀請(qǐng)有興趣的朋友投稿并參與盛會(huì)。本屆年會(huì)將設(shè)優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)，并推薦投稿學(xué)會(huì)期刊 International Real Estate Review（GCREC及AsRES的共同官方英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊）和其他高水平中外學(xué)術(shù)期刊。

本次年會(huì)以“促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量可持續(xù)發(fā)展”為主題，論文研討初步擬定以下分組（但不局限于以下議題）：

1. 房地產(chǎn)業(yè)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)

2. 房地產(chǎn)金融與投資

3. 房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展新模式與創(chuàng)新

4. 住房政策與住房保障

5. 房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格與市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

6. 住房租賃市場

7. 房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)與中介服務(wù)

8. 商用不動(dòng)產(chǎn)

9. 城市更新與治理創(chuàng)新

10. 智慧城市與地產(chǎn)科技

11. 綠色建筑與低碳城市

12. 新型城鎮(zhèn)化與人口流動(dòng)

13. 空間規(guī)劃與土地利用

• 2025年4月20日：遞交論文摘要截止日

• 2025年4月30日前：論文接納通知

• 2025年5月31日：遞交全文參選最佳論文截止（注冊(cè)費(fèi)優(yōu)惠截止日）

• 2025年6月15日：遞交論文全文截止日

Global Chinese Real Estate Congress 2025 Annual Conference

Second Call for Papers

The Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) 2025 Annual Conference will be held in Beijing, China, on July 25-27, 2025. This annual conference is hosted by Tsinghua University and GCREC, and organized by the Hang Lung Center for Real Estate, Tsinghua University. This conference aims to serve as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policy makers from all over the world to discuss the principles, dynamics, and trends of the global real estate market development together. There will be both Chinese and English paper sessions and one special session for doctoral candidates. We sincerely invite interested friends to submit papers and participate in this grand event. This year's annual conference features a special award for outstanding papers and will recommend submissions to international academic journals International Real Estate Review (the joint official English academic journal of GCREC and AsRES) as well as other high-level domestic and international academic journals.

The theme of this annual meeting is "Promoting High-Quality and Sustainable Development of Real Estate". The preliminary topics for paper discussions are as follows, but are not limited to the following topics:

• December 31, 2024: Official launch of the conference website

• April 20, 2025: Deadline for submission of paper abstracts

• Before April 30, 2025: Notification of paper acceptance

• May 31, 2025: Deadline for submitting full papers for best paper competition (end of registration fee discount)

• June 15, 2025: Deadline for submitting the full paper

• July 1, 2025: Official announcement of the complete conference agenda
